LABWORK - :)

Was in lab earlier today with Dennis Morris. Had decent chat’s life life life life life life life life life life  history history…..   HIS  STORY !! Today really made me feel good inside even thought I’ve had like 7hrs sleep since Sunday ! (It’s like 6.12 pm and I’m going to bed like in 15 mins !! FUCK IT I’m done !!) … Only got 2hrs between Sunday and  Monday :(      !!!

A N Y W A Y S  …….

History is fricking crazy ! !  It really is and it’s nice when your with someone whos documented monumental moments ! Anyways so I got Dennis to sing on a track for me today. He used to perform with late 70’s innovative Reggae/Punk fusion band - BASEMENT 5 and being involved with shit like that drives me. Anyone who goes out on a limb for their art within reason will gain respect and my respect!! . So anyway that was my point of reference for him - edgy Reggae Punk vocals !! . It was good and the best thing about it ! There was no pressure and no stress just fun !!

What do you do when your in the presence of someone who’s toured and taken pictures of Bob Marley, The Sex Pistols to Lee Scratch Perry !! ………   ‘LISTEN AND LEARN!!’

MUSIC - ‘Things are good when your having fun!’

Just listened to some great new music albums and thought I needed to write few words after hearing some decent music !! …

Albums should reflect an artist’s feeling and energy at the time of putting them tracks together … be it fun, sombre whatever !! I could feel from the albums I listened to that the producer was just having good fun… Just forget about the dance floor at times !!! ….It’s all in the listening … way too much mindless DANCE MUSIC  getting thrown up and served up  .. There’s not one iota between these music productions getting made right now. Not one bit of spirit embedded up in them drums, them synths nisho ! YOU can hear it ! NO SWAG ..

.Whats happening with electronic dance music !! ??  Who the hell these producers (?)  trying to please..Seems like their great at being engineers but poor at delivering spirit… This is why musicians like RADIOHEAD don’t need to compromise their sound at all ….They just do what they do best ! Inject life and spirit into audio recordings… I dont care! You can just have four elements Drums, Bass whatever !! It’s how you add your swagger to the ingredients !!! Radiohad may not be full on electronic dance acts ! But it doesn’t kill a dance producer to go listen or reference that shit !! 

Please can some women get in the game ASAP and make some MUSIC REAL QUICK !!!! TOO MANY MEN UP IN THIS SHIT SCRATCHIN’ THEIR BALLS !

LIFE - ’ THE FLY ’

I don’t like the fly - I have can’t bear them flying around me !! Anything that is feces related makes me fucking YAK!! So the ‘FLY’ can go fuck off in my opinion ! Can’t stand them ! So when there’s a huge fucker flying about trying to land it’s shit eating ass on my food or whatever then sorry  !!!  Shit is going down !! 

I do love life and respect nature to it’s fullest  ( I don’t even step on ant’s if I can prevent it!! FOR REAL !!) BUT THE FLY !!! UUUGHHH !! 

So my words to the ’ FLY ’ is this …. (O.K so … I’m gonna write a letter to the President of Flies right !  It would go something  like this ….

’ Dear Bitch President of  Fly World ! I don’t give a fuck what you do or where your fuck faced citizens wanna go eat,shit and fuck ! But if any mutha fuckin’ fly thinks that I’m gonna give it free reign in my space to come land of ‘MY’ shit and contaminate it !!! Well it’s got another thing coming !! ME !! To top it off it’s not even gonna come in quitely and do a sneeky shit on my SHIT ! It want’s to come in and fuckin’ BUZZ the fuck outta my head all day the fuck long  !! NAH !! Death is on the card’s !

SO I’M LETTING YOU KNOW THIS !! Last week one of your citizens decided to ‘COME DINE WITH ME !’ - Who gave that  ‘mutha fucker’ an INVITE to LUNCH !! Not me !! So the bitch gatecrashed !!  I decided that I would use technique 43.1 in my forthcoming handbook ‘101 Ways to fuck a fly up !! ‘. Well let me tell you old ‘Prezza!!’ (hope you don’t mind me calling you that!! ) What happened fucked up the title of my potential best seller !! I now had 102 ways !! sheeesh !!

What occurred was a 1 in a ZILLION chance (But thank fuck I had witnesses!!! ! KARL AND MILES WERE THERE !!  YESSSS !!! PRAISE BE !!  ) 

I got a kitchen towel and waited (real still) as the fly settled on the window frame - then I lashed out (Old school wet towel style flick !!)  and what landed down was so so SO !! crazy !!   I had hit the fly against the frame and SPLIT THE FUCKER INTO TWO PIECES !! (please ref: image BEEELLLLOWW !! OHH! YEEEESS !!)

In true MR.MIYAGI style the fly got the chop !!

I’m sorry but until you guy’s stop feasting on feces and landing on food… disrespecting the the CHOW ! I gotta protect my TURF !!  I can’t see you guy’s changing your ways because you’ve been on that flex for millions of years ! So all I can say is this ….

LIFE - SPOKE WAY TOO SOON !!

AHHH ! The great British weather ! The forecast said no ‘SUN’ today that was the reading on my I-PHONE Yesterday ! TODAY  - 31degrees OF NUT SACK GRILLIN’ HEAT ! I had to walk round with a spatula just to keep my balls from sticking  !! EEEWW !!  Damn FORECAST’S !! SO WACK ! On top of that I cut my little finger :(   !!  Hate that shit !!

Tomorrow it say’s SUN / OVERCAST ! ! ! mmmmm ! ! ! I guess I better start rounding up the animals in pairs and go get me a D.I.Y  ‘ARK in a box kit !!’  - because were in for a ’ ‘Biblical flood!’ -

No frickin’ plasters ! No first aid kit !! Tissue to the rescue !!
